Learn to Row Day    Learn to Row day Saturday 2/27/10 was a huge success.  Another session will be offered on April 14, 2010.  Email learntorow@stocktonrowing.org for more information.

Taste of Rowing Sample rowing - learn all about our sport and try your hand on an oar.  Get more information by clicking on "Interested in Rowing" tab.  Two more sessions Spring 2010.  The weather and water should be great!!!

Intro to Rowing is a Success see photos of SRC's latest class of rowers in action. Next one starts on April 21 and runs Wednesdays & Saturdays (with a few exceptions) until August 15, 2010.  This is the class that does it all. When participants finish, they are invited to join SRC's recreational and/or competitive crew programs. Learn more here!

  SRC members (new and seasoned rowers alike) have a few words to say about our club.

Erin Cafaro, SRC Alumni , Brought Home the Gold!!
  Erin earned a gold medal in the 2008 Bejing Olympics as part of the victorious U.S. Women's Eight crew. Erin rowed in the bow seat, and the Americans led from start to finish. The U.S. Women's Eight won the silver medal at the 2004 Olympics in Athens and a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles.

Provides training in oar handling and the sport of rowing.
Teaches discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, and the rewards of working toward a long-term goal.
Builds overall physical fitness.

Offers opportunities for travel to rowing competitions throughout Northern California.
 
Opens doors to collegiate rowing programs.
